  • Responsible for processing warranty claims.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the warranty process are followed and that the claims are processed correctly and within the established timelines.
  • Input data from start-up forms into the warranty database.  
  • Process warranty replacements for all products.
  • Assist with parts order entry, when necessary, to ensure that all parts orders are entered daily.
  • Help ensure that all parts issues and return request are processed correctly within the established timelines.
  • Fulfil the financial control and risk management responsibilities inherent in this position.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:-
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Require skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
  • At least 3 year(s) of related working experience.
  • Good communication, in both written and verbal.
  • Must be a strong team player.
