  • Strengthen professional skills in the areas of corporate income tax returns, communications, filing extensions, pricing, ASC-740, SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance, HFM (Hyperion) and Corptax software
  • Share your experiences and present key learnings to a management team
  • Report to the Vice President of Global Tax  
  • Assist in the preparation of tax return supporting workpapers
  • Assist in the preparation of Federal and State Income tax returns
  • Assist in the preparation of U.S. Information returns for foreign corporations
  • Involvement with financial statement support including SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance
  • Support the quarterly transfer pricing process
  • Utilization of Corptax Software for the preparation of income tax returns
  • Integrate data from HFM (Hyperion) into Corptax
  • Provide support on special projects as needed
  • Assist in preparation of filing extensions and quarterly estimates as applicable
  • Respond to notices to government authorities
  • Assist in quarterly provision process in accordance with ASC-740 (f/k/a FAS 109)
  • Prepare Tax Account rollforwards for Domestic and International entities

Job Requirements

Program Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate Sophomores or above working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (concentration in Tax a plus) or Finance; or Graduate students working towards a Master's in Taxation or Master's in Business Administration (concentration in Accounting or Finance)
