  • Leads the design and execution of consistent organization-wide talent acquisition programs, key recruitment, performance and retention metrics, policies, procedures, reports and processes.
  • Manages requisitions, sources, recruits, hires and builds pipeline of quality, diverse talent for professional positions in the Americas.
  • Manages university partnerships, internship programs, career fairs and relevant third-party relationships for sourcing, analytics, reference checks, background checks, drug testing, managed service provider (MSP), etc.
  • Provides subject matter expertise, guidance and advice for all relevant talent acquisition inquiries and situations.
  • Serves as key member of Talent Management COE; works with Total Rewards on compensation, relocation and HRIS matters.
  Essential Job Functions:  
  • Oversees and provides SME for design, development, change management and implementation of talent acquisition programs.
  • Works closely with Director, Talent Management to develop, integrate, align and execute short and long-term strategies.
  • Creates sourcing strategies from data-driven intelligence leveraging such platforms as Google, Boolean search, job boards, etc.   
  • Recruits candidates; leads intake meetings and works with business leaders to assess and define required qualifications, screens resumes, identifies talent, coordinates job matches with hiring authorities.
  • Contacts candidates, conducts screenings, oversees the entire candidate experience and provides follow up with local HR and hiring managers to assess potential and fit. 
  • Maintains inventory of both internal and external candidates, documenting relevant notes and correspondence to ensure readily available talent for current and forecasted workforce needs.
  • Monitors use, adoption, effectiveness and compliance of all talent acquisition activities.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:  
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education and a minimum of ten years of Recruiting experience; including systems, processes, programs and candidate sourcing is required.
  • Breadth and depth of talent acquisition subject matter expertise and solid interviewing skills and techniques
  • Strong business acumen, organization, planning and communications skills; internal consulting, influencing and coaching skills
  • Results-driven with high attention to detail, process-orientation, judgement and decision-making skills
  • Strong knowledge of job evaluation, job classifications and salary structures
  • Extensive experience with applicant tracking systems (Taleo preferred) and other HRIS platforms
  • Intermediate level proficiency with MS applications; conducting Internet sourcing and mining databases, leveraging social media
  • Extremely agile and able to multi-task, deal with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Manufacturing industry, vendor mgmt. system, managed service provider implementation & workforce planning experience a plus.
