  • Responsible for setting and achieving annual sales and profit budgets
  • Responsible to provide strong leadership to the team in all sales activities and personnel involved in respective sales segments for the company. 
  • Develop/participate with senior management in the development of sales strategic plan
  • Developing customer feedback processes (VOC) that qualify product/service gaps and competitive analysis that enable company to deliver unique solutions to strategic customers
  • Manage process to help reduce costs while managing the customer's long-term relationship and satisfaction.             
  • Analyse sales statistics to determine business growth potential
  • Responsible for all trade accounts receivables, monitoring of A/R aging on a proactive basis
  • Responsible to identify and secure new clients in addition to yielding existing clients to ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Analyse market needs and trends, and identify and deliver strategies to support company’s business development plan.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to facilitate the explanation of our product range and their benefits to potential and existing clients.
  • Weekly reporting on all sales activities to monitor the success and effectiveness of activities.
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:- 
  • Associate Degree in Sales/ Marketing or equivalent with commercial background
  • 4 to 6 years of related working experience
  • Strong in social networking
  • Outspoken, cheerful and dynamic character with positive working attitude
  • Able to interact with people of all level and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-orientated
  • Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work independently with strong sales drive
  • Must be a team player
