  • Responsible for reporting service or quality problem on products to operating companies. This includes offering suggestions on causes of problem and creating countermeasures to resolve each problem, as well as reporting to the brand responsible parties the actions taken to resolve the problem.
  • Provide technical support to the service network. This includes providing technical assistance through communication channels – phone, email or fax; provide documentation and attending site visits.
  • Conduct regular training or seminars on Welbilt products with the service network, customers and kitchen equipment suppliers throughout Japan.
  • Prepares routine and ad hoc department related reports for management, including trip reports, test reports, field reports, service performance measurement, FAS (factory authorized servicer) service reviews and monthly reports.
  • Attend market visits to ensure FASs are maintaining the updated service literature, manuals, price lists, service bulletins, parts stock and any relevant technical information

  • Develops programs in conjunction with Welbilt operating companies to enhance the capabilities of FASs. This includes maintenance of products, rework or recall of products
  • Monitors and administers the warranty policies of operating companies. Monitors and administers the parts pricing policies of operating companies

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:-

  • Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of technical experience
  • Good command of English as required to communicate with stakeholders globally
  • Must be a team player
