Under limited supervision, the Senior level analyst utilizes advanced specialized knowledge and skills to develop and execute wage & salary program design (salary structures, pay policy, etc.), compensation plan management (changes to base pay and incentives, sales compensation, etc.), job evaluation and analysis, survey input, program communication, and vendor management. Responsible for aligning reward systems with organization goals. Activities include analyzing and modeling merit and other salary increases, managing job evaluation systems, analyzing market data to assess the organization's competitive position, managing incentive programs, and selecting and managing compensation consultants. At this level, analysts are subject matter experts capable of managing large projects or processes with limited oversight, and are capable of coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals.



Reporting directly to the VP Total Rewards, this position is based in New Port Richey, Florida*.



Major Accountability:


  • Performs job analysis and evaluation, market pricing/competitive pay analysis, and consultation on base pay, incentive/bonus, total   cash compensation, and equity programs.  Provides executive compensation support, as needed.

  • Assists with the development and delivery of training/communications on compensation programs including global job families and levels, salary planning, incentive plans, equity plans, and FLSA compliance

  • Works with HRIS to align systems with compensation needs in support of overall roadmap

  • Assists with creation of salary structure framework, job description library, and total pay analysis



Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Leads in the design of base compensation initiatives including job design, evaluation, and pay analysis.

  • Leads the pay structure design, merit budget/salary planning design, and variable pay plan design and analysis.

  • Provides equity program administration and serves as contact with the vendors and service providers; manages 3rd party surveys.

  • Audits HRIS data to ensure accuracy of job, structure, and compensation data, etc.

  • Leads the global salary survey process and linking with HRIS data.

  • Partners with Business Managers, HR, and Recruitment staff on compensation-related inquiries; provides guidance, as needed.

  • Conducts individual and organizational analyses of compensation programs to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.

  • Communication management for compensation related programs.

Job Requirements



Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources and a minimum of 7 years of experience preferred. 13 years of experience in lieu of degree.

  • Excellent knowledge of base and variable compensation programs.

  • Provision of quality work in a high-volume environment. Strong organizational skills to manage simultaneous tasks/projects.

  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy with a customer service orientation.

  • Ability to travel up to 10 % of the time.
