The Sr Business Analyst is responsible for aligning Welbilt’s business strategies to its technologies. As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will communicate with external clients and internal teams to deliver functional technical specifications including user interface and user experience design. This role will act as liaison between technology teams, support teams, and business units.   Reporting directly to the Lead Software Engineer-Digital, this position is based in New Port Richey, Florida.   We put the 'fast' in fast food and the refinement in fine dining.   • Work with stakeholders to analyze needs and requirements
  • Deliver functional requirements in a Business Requirements Document
  • Deliver requirements and clarifications throughout an agile project life cycle Support UAT testing, deployments, and releases  
Essential Job Functions:
  • Interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Act as liaison between stakeholders and the software development team for clarifications
  • Test specifications against acceptance criteria and coordinate UAT with stakeholders
  • Support Lead Software Engineers on various projects and activities

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Administration or related field
  • 10 years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
  • Stakeholder analysis
  • Costs benefit analysis
  • Processes modeling
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Understanding of software best practices and database design is a plus
