  • Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management
  • Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models for decision support
  • Analyze and report on current financial status
  • Participate in budgeting/forecasting for departments and projects
  • Review accounting transactions for data accuracy
  • Review and analyze monthly results vs. budget/forecast/prior year
  • Summarize and report key variances to managers and Finance Director
  • Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement
  • Forecasting monthly, quarterly and annual profits
  • Develop and prepare daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s
  • Utilizing key performance metrics, provide updates to financial outlook
  • Prepare and distribute the monthly reporting package
  • Complete ad-hoc studies, charts and reports as needed
  • Maintain GL accounting and project setups aligned with global policy and accounting guidance

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, and Economics
  • Minimum 5 Years of experience in Finance Analysis, Financial Reporting, Forecasting and Budgeting
  • Proven work experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with financial and statistical software
  • Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)
  • Familiarity with finance databases
  • Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP)
  • Up-to-date with accounting laws and regulations
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts
  • Demonstrable strategic thinking skills
  • Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
