If you have a “passion for people,” then you could be our next Sr. Compensation Analyst at Welbilt, Inc.   As Senior Compensation Analyst – you will utilize specialized knowledge and skills to plan and execute assignments including, but not limited to: compensation and financial analyses for use in the development of strategic and day-to-day compensation related business decisions, job evaluations, research, design, communication, implementation and administration of compensation programs, policies and procedures. You will also assist with the evaluation, analysis and administration of compensation programs that align with Corporate/Global Compensation strategies and take into consideration local laws and regulations, and market competitiveness to enhance and improve their impact on the business.  In addition, you will be responsible for administration of Variable Compensation and Equity programs.   Reporting directly to the Director of Total Rewards – this position will be located at our Corporate headquarters in New Port Richey, FL*.   We put the 'fast' in fast food and the refinement in fine dining.   • Perform job analysis and evaluation, market pricing/competitive pay analysis, and consultation on base pay, incentive/bonus, total   cash compensation, and equity programs.  Executive Compensation support.
  • Assist with the development and delivery of training/communications on compensation programs including global job families and levels, salary planning, incentive plans, equity plans, and FLSA compliance
  • Work with HRIS to align systems with compensation needs in support of overall roadmap
  • Assist with creation of salary structure framework, job description library, total pay analysis
  Essential Job Functions:  
  • Assist with the design and provide support in base pay initiatives including job design, analysis, evaluation, pay analysis.          
  • Assist with pay structure design, merit budget/salary planning design, variable pay design and analysis.                                  
  • Equity Administration and serve as contact with the vendor and assist with communication processes.                                    
  • Pull data from HRIS and other systems to complete analysis on existing compensation plans and financial/non-financial metrics that drive and influence the plans.  Present recommendations and opportunities for improvement.                               
  • Review and Audit HRIS data to ensure accurate to reflect changes, job content, job structure, compensation data, etc.       
  • Assist with the management of compensation 3rd party providers.                                                                                                        
  • Assist with the global salary survey process and linking with HRIS data.                                                                                               
  • Partner with Business Managers, HR, Recruitment staff on compensation related inquiries and provide guidance.              
  • Conduct individual, team, and organizational wide analyses of compensation levels/programs to determine internal equity, market competitiveness and make recommendations.
  • Communication management for all compensation related programs.
  • Other projects as assigned and due diligence with any M&A, site selection, Executive Comp, etc. 


Job Requirements

Job Requirements:  
  • Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Business or Human Resources; with a minimum of five years of compensation analysis and compensation program administration experience is required.
  • Will consider a minimum of 13 years of relevant compensation analysis experience in lieu of degree.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, efficiently and develop positive working relationships with both internal and external vendors and customers.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong customer focus and problem resolution skills.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail.
