Is this you?  Analytical.  Proactive.  Detail oriented.  If so then you could be our next Senior Analyst Rebate and Commission at Welbilt, Inc.*   As Senior Analyst Rebate and Commission – you will be the primary support person for the Rebates and Commission team as we move to ChRm (Channel Revenue) for all rebate and commission contracts and payments.  This position will setup and monitor all rebate and commission programs for Welbilt, Inc. in ChRM as each brand goes live based on the QAD EE implementation schedule; and will interact with the internal sales team and external rep groups, buying groups, and dealers on a regular basis.    Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Contracts and Rebates; this position is located in New Port Richey, FL.   We put the 'fast' in fast food and the refinement in fine dining.   • Implementation of Channel Revenue Management
  • Setup and monitor all rebate and commission programs for Welbilt
  • Support rebate and contract renewals
  • Support Sales Team inquires related to rebates and commissions
  • Support Sales Team with ad hoc reporting and analysis
  • Timely payment and reporting of rebates and commission to buying groups, dealers, and representatives
  Essential Job Functions:  
  • Manage and maintain rebate and commission programs in ChRM to include offer setups, renewals, accruals and changes.
  • Reporting: Internal and external monthly, quarterly, & annual rebate and commission payment reporting to dealers, distributors, end users, and Welbilt internal salespeople.
  • Contracts: Assist in coordinating rebate and commission contract renewals. Provide recommendations for language changes, timing, tracking and rebate tier revisions.
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis to include but not limited to assisting with dealer rebate inquiries, rep commission queries, and individual contract reporting requirements (i.e. CPG portal upload)
  • Accruals: Assist with monthly accrual analysis and reconciliation of rebate and commission accounts. Verify Buying Group accruals with contract language and customer setups.
