Job Description

Job Title: Snr. Sales Representative
Basic Purpose and Function:The primary function of this role is to perform all culinary-sales activites towards the attainment of the assigned regional sales plan, goals and targets and grow incremental sales above the current sales plan figures for Convotherm 4. The Regional Chef will be tied to and responsible for the financial metrics of Convotherm, Merrychef, (Lincoln, Garland Induction, Frymaster, Merco) witin their region. Lead function is to grow sales of 'Culinary High Touch' equipment thru targeted end-user demonstration, channel partner training and education, culinary development and execution of strategic sales process. Leveraging these activities and developing regional customer relationships, bundled solutions will be pulled thru the sales channel to aid growth and product recognition for other associated Manitowoc brands & products. 

Major Responsibility:
Sales Generation.                                         The Chef will execute Culinary-Sales strategy, leading with their expert application skills, equipment knowledge and industry acumen to effectively conduct solution selling, demonstrations, training, culinary development, consultative follow up and ongoing support. The Regional Chef will work directly and in partnership with regional sales reps, PSM's, Channel Partners, targeting key regional general market and chain customers to grow incremental sales of Convotherm, Merrychef and other Manitowoc Food service brands.
Customer Development and Management.                           The Chef will develop and manage customer relationships in region, maintain opportunity tracker data and prioritize activity, follow up on customer leads generated by the regional demonstration program in collaboration with the regional sales reps, PSM's and channel partners to convert leads into sales, conduct menu development and product testing to meet customer requirements and provide end-user equipment training and ongoing support to maintain key relationships.

Trade Show and Industry Activity.               The Chef will plan and participate in regional and national trade shows, industry seminars, channel partner group activities. Additionally, the regional chef will network with and engage key influencers at regional culinary schools, ACF chapters and relevant professional organizations to grow relationships and brand awareness with these channel partners and customers.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree's
2. 5-8Y related experience.
3. The Key to this position is finding those that have a high standard of culinary expertise in conjunction with business acumen and proven selling techniques.
