  • Analyze market demands and trends, and propose strategies to support company’s goals.
  • Create Sales Plan according to company's Business Strategy and track the actual performance against previously set goals
  • Responsible to identify and secure new projects/clients to ensure that revenue targets are met
  • Coordinate with relevant Business Units both locally and regionally to propose price and solution in the new projects and ensure the targeted profits are achieved if the projects are awarded and fully implemented
  • Plan and organize sales activities to generate leads and convert leads into active projects
  • Develop good business relations with customers as well as principal suppliers of products
  • Weekly reporting on all sales activities to monitor the success and effectiveness of activities
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to facilitate the explanation of our product range and their benefits to potential and existing clients

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:- 
  • Associate Degree in Sales/ Marketing or equivalent with commercial background
  • 4 to 6 years of related working experience
  • Strong in social networking
  • Outspoken, cheerful and dynamic character with positive working attitude
  • Able to interact with people of all level and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-orientated
  • Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work independently with strong sales drive
  • Must be a team player
