As Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for various marketing activities supporting implementation of various Manitowoc Ice marketing initiatives.  Close collaboration with product marketing team members in all phases of department initiatives is key.  This role will help undergraduate students develop product marketing skills and be exposed to various marketing activities. 


Reporting directly to the Director – Product Management, this position is based in Manitowoc, Wisconsin*.

  Major Accountability:
  • Design, create, and complete marketing projects as stated above.

  • Support the Product Management function with specific projects and tasks. 

  • Help develop marketing presentations supporting new product introductions

  • Various other tasks supporting the product marketing team.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Website management

  • Create content for Sales Training App

  • Prepare monthly sales reports and Sales Analysis using Power BI

  • Conduct Competitive Analysis for Product Team

  • Conduct Marketing Research using Qualtrics or Survey Monkey

  • Create Testimonials from Bar Rescue episodes

  • Assist in the development of the Ice Calculator
  • Help prepare instructive videos and enhance presence in social media

                  Job Requirements

                  Job Requirements:

                  Strong desire to learn along with professional drive, solid understanding of different marketing techniques, excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent knowledge of MS Office, passion for marketing and its best practices.  Knowledge of maximizing social media and creating presentations using Power Point.  Experience working in a kitchen, restaurant or food service industry is helpful. Creative Cloud experience a plus but not required.
