Job Description

Position Summary
Industrial/product designer is responsible for the design, creation, testing and development of new products using their specialist knowledge and practical experience of creative design and engineering to produce functional, effective and aesthetically pleasing according our lines.
He/she will aim to improve the way that existing products work and look and/or produce them at a lower cost.

 Key Tasks and Responsibilities     
1.Collaborate with a cross functional team on all parts of the product development life-cycle. 
2.Design simple flows and elegant experiences, across each platform 
3.Help us shape our visual aesthetic and create a cohesive brand presence across all our products and platforms 
4.Work closely with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation 
5.Design for budget fulfillment 
6.Define design time plan in cooperation with management, and ensure delivery on time in full 
7.Making sketches of ideas by hand or computer, and developing the most effective ideas into detailed 3D renders  
8.Create reports and present ideas to colleagues and clients at various stages of the design process 
9.Be actively involved in each project and modifying the design ideas according to the feedback receive it at these sessions
10.Understanding technology, manufacturing methods and material (such as metals, plastic textures, colors…)

Job Requirements

Major Accountability
•Degree in Engineering. 5+ years of experience as Product designer 'preferably in the beverage dispenser's equipment industry'.
•Structured and good organization skills. Strong communication and influencing skills.  Good teamworking skills
•Good negotiation skills in a multicultural environment.
•Strong experience in drawing systems 'preferably with Rhino, Keyshot, Photoshop, AI/CorelDRAW'.
•Knowledge in Solidworks is a strong plus
•Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
•English level require excellent communication
•Be creative and have an eye for shape and colour
•Understand different materials and production methods
•Have technical, practical and scientific knowledge and ability
•Understand what customers look for in a product
•Be able to use drawings, 3D models and computer designs to express creative ideas 'preferably with Rhino, Keyshot'
•Be good at planning and organizing
•Be able to work out costings and budgets
•Be good at explaining ideas to people with varying levels of technical knowledge
•Have listening and questioning skills for discussing design briefs and understanding feedback from colleagues
•Be persuasive and able to 'sell' their ideas to others
•Be able to produce clear, concise written and/or visual reports
•Work well in a team
•Be accurate and pay attention to detail
