Welbilt - Jeffersonville, IN or Manitowoc, WI is looking for a Parts Pricing Analyst to join their team!   This position is responsible for all aspects of establishing and maintaining parts pricing integrity in the KitchenCare systems, including new part price set-up, material price groups, competitive research, customer feedback, as well as customer price groups and domains (brand exclusion).   Reporting directly to the Director of Parts, this position may be located in Jeffersonville, IN  or Manitowoc, WI.   We put the 'fast' in fast food and the refinement in fine dining.   • Review and research appropriate data points to determine parts pricing set-up and maintenance priorities to maximize data accuracy and grow sales while optimizing profitability.  Material price groups, List Price Lists, General Market Net Price Lists,Special Contracted Prices and transfer price lists; USD and CAD currencies.
  • Ensure Syncron aligns with all other applicable systems (SAP and Oracle) and MBE pricing for all Customers. 
  • Use of profit driven pricing mechanics and basic knowledge of generic and other OEM competitive parts prices in Americas Region. Actively research generic and OEM competitive activity and record for use in Syncron.            
  • Understand tasks and provide back up for other Price Analysts and Trade Manager to establish and maintain Customer Price Groups and domains, aligned with the Commercial Team, to ensure that discounts match contracts. 
  • Support with analysis, market information and feedback, for annual parts re-price activities that are aligned to Business goals.
  • Research and resolve requests from internal Customers (CSRs, technical support, Customer Service, Hubs and factories, etc.) to obtain part pricing.  This will include resolving “grief file” and error reports to ensure orders flow and review of invoicing errors and approve and process appropriate price credits.
  • Create and distribute parts pricing communications, including “published parts price lists” to the appropriate markets in timely manner aligned with Commercial Team. McDonald's PMOD activity and resolution and subsequent loading in McD portal and Syncron.        
  • Create, maintain and prepare communications related to parts pricing, status, etc.
  • Coordinate with other WKC/Welbilt team members and commercial team to ensure timeliness and accuracy of pricing communications and related documents.   

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required with a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, pricing, customer service, warranty or finance; or will consider a minimum of 11 years of marketing, pricing, customer service, warranty or finance, in lieu of degree.
  • Analytical with good knowledge of MicroSoft Office with high level of excel knowledge and understanding of Syncron and various ERPs (QAD, Oracle, PRMS, SAP) including web portal functionality.
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Must be detailed process and system oriented.
  • Must be able and willing to travel up to 25%.
