Under broad supervision, provides visual design and concept development for execution and coordinates with product managers, global marketing staff and vendors to ensure that the visual design communicates the desired message and functions.  Demonstrates a thorough understanding of principles related to digital and offset printing processes, graphics and marketing including communicating project specifications. Leads creative aspects of a project with demonstrated ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to rapid change and handle detail-oriented projects independently.  Activities include creating and/or coordinating the production of advertising and promotional print and digital materials, advertising campaigns, creating brand promotional merchandise, and measuring effectiveness for return-on-investment.

This position is based in New Port Richey, Florida*.

Major Accountability:

  • Creates computer illustration and design using software tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, design graphics, logos, presentation templates, photo collections, web animations, etc.
  • Manages all printed materials utilizing Adobe InDesign and website additions, gathers content information, designs and re-writes materials, gains approvals and designs for print or posting on the web.
  • Creates photo manipulations and cataloging. Manages the photo library and literature files. Coordinates photo shoots as requested.
  • Coordinates and implements related projects, as assigned.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Manages vendors regarding project specifications for quotes; controls project implementation including printing process, proofing, press checks, on-time delivery and budget scope.
  • Understands and upholds branding concepts, design quality and brand identity in the development of marketing materials. Serves as point of contact for developing brand identity issues.
  • Works with third-party translation services, as needed, in developing foreign language literature.
  • Coordinates and conducts trade show planning, signage design and execution.
  • Coordinates and conducts updates to pricing catalog. Requries understanding of Salesforce and pricing tool integration to InDesign.
  • Develops and posts materials for website, newsletters and other internal, channel and customer material.
  • Creates and edits videography utilizing iMAC software, as requested by management.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience preferred. 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
  • Expert proficiency in relevant graphics software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Fireworks), QuarkXpress, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). 
  • In-depth knowledge of printing processes and HTML and Website development.
  • Advanced conceptual and design skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers, dealers, distributors, employees and a variety of cultures.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and marketing communications including digital marketing channels.
  • Project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills.
