Job Description

Responsible for the provision of aftersales service for Refrigeration Solutions products in the CEE region, including spare parts, service contracts, warranty, technical support and training. Providing support for the sales teams, global chains and key accounts. Auditing and training the Factory Authorised Servicer network at factory training centres and in the field. Reporting on all field service and product issues with the installed base back to the OC's and EMEA management teams. Assisting with the management and development of aftermarket systems and networks for Manitowoc Foodservice in the CEE Region.

  • Provides aftersales support activities across the region and reports on activities and issues to the OC and Regional management teams           
  • Maintains a strong technical link and communication chain to the OC on a continuous basis to ensure effective bi-directional flow of information       
  • Cooperate with the refrigeration solutions field technical team in EMEA to ensure effective geographic coverage and customer support and compliance with OC procedures and budgets          
  • FAS network development and supervision including auditing, training and technical support on an ongoing basis   
  • Provide Global Chain and Key Account support on an on-going and project basis   
  • Support of new product development by providing feedback, field trial evaluations and generating rollout plans to cover training and spare parts supply       
  • Project manage the investigation and resolution of issues with existing products installed in the region  
  • Assist in the planning, development and management of Manitowoc Foodservice aftermarket systems in the CEE Region     

Job Requirements

Education Requirements: Associate Degree or equivalent; Field of Study: Product & Customer Service; Experience Requirements: 4-6 Years                      Ideally Refrigeration Technician qualified to national standard. Certified to work on electrical systems. Ability to coduct technical training courses. Mechanical appitude with hands on approach. Excellent German and English (both verbal ans written), an additional language would be an asset. Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel (including pivot tables), Word, Adobe PDF writer software literate.   Additional Remarks: Key skills include the ability to communicate persuasively both verbally and in writing as well as deliver presentations to customers, colleagues and sub-ordinates. The ability to work within a remote team and maintain the highest levels of customer service. Being passionate, driven and inspiring high levels of committment from colleagues in the team. Being flexible and prepared to go the extra mile to support our customers.                                                

Working Conditions: Normal office job, national & international travel required.
