As a member of the Accounting and Finance team, you'll provide the financial foundation for Welbilt’s operations; driving business results, transforming processes and inspiring new ways of thinking.



Reporting directly to the Director of Global FP&A – Reporting and Consolidations, this position is based in New Port Richey, Florida*.



Major Accountability:


  • The Manager of Corporate Consolidations, Reporting and Analysis will report to the Director of Corporate FP&A and Reporting. The ideal candidate will be a proactive financial professional with a firm understanding of financial concepts and U.S. GAAP financial statements. As the Manager of Corporate Consolidations, Reporting and Analysis you will support the month end close and consolidation processes as well as the annual budgeting and forecasting for the consolidated business focused primarily on data review and validation and consolidated reporting and analysis. You will be part of a global consolidations team and will assist business units, regions and corporate accounting in completing their monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements. Adhoc reporting, monthly analysis of the consolidated numbers and process improvement will also be an integral part of this position.



Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for consolidating global results for actual, budget and forecast.

  • Assist and offer guidance in the submissions for month end close, forecast, budget, statistical and other supplemental data.

  • Assist with investigation of data validation issues and ensuring all inter-companies and eliminations are processed accurately.


  • Prepare and Analyze monthly/quarterly/annual financial results to ensure consistency in reporting and overall analysis of variances

  • Perform ad hoc financial reporting and modeling, as requested

  • Assist in the preparation of board of directors and executive leadership presentation materials

  • Identify and implement new and/or modify existing reporting and processes to improve the quality of presentations and information provided as well as increase efficiencies in the reporting/consolidation processes



Job Requirements



Job Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as an experienced Manager or similar role with demonstrated progression of responsibilities/level

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 5 years of experience required

  • CPA, preferred

  • Thorough understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting and financial modeling required, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow

  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with HFM application and the excel addin tool Smartview

  • Must be able to interact with all levels of management within the organization

  • Experience in international organization preferred

  • Experience working with a decentralized team of professionals in a matrix organization a plus

  • Ability to effectively work and create effective partnerships with employees at all levels within the organization required

  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic business and work environment and manage multiple priorities required

  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail with ability to identify issues and propose solutions to complex or non-standard situations

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Must be able to collaborate globally and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

  • Ability to work independently while balancing multiple priorities while meeting critical deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience with developing and presenting topics to senior management
