As Lead Digital PMO, you will program manage Welbilt’s Digital and IoT connectivity project portfolio.  This includes managing internal and external project resources including individual work stream leads.  You will also manage internal and external stakeholder (including customers) expectations.  In addition, this position will oversee the growing external partner network relations and ensure they are translating into successful business partnerships.   Reporting directly to the SVP of Digital, this position is based in New Port Richey, Florida.   We put the 'fast' in fast food and the refinement in fine dining.   • Capture, align and prioritize different digital / IOT projects across all product lines and functions into one strategic roadmap (across all 7 identified workstreams)
  • Manage delivery of project roadmap using state of the art PMO methodologies ensuring time, staff, cost, quality targets are met
  • Identify, negotiate and manage network partner companies in areas such as POS, Data Analytics, IOT, etc.
  • Communicate status to all levels of stake holders internal and external including executive level
  • Develop PMO/PM best practices
  • Ensure projects meet internal and Sox Audit compliance

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in program management or business administration preferred.
  • 20 years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Proven experience of managing large scale strategy and technology program offices
  • Proven experience in managing large network of partner companies
  • Experience in Digital, IoT, Cloud, Systems technologies as well as in commercializing software solutions required
  • Combination of technology, software and business acumen
