  • Report to a Senior member of the IT team
  • Install and configure PC computers and desktop applications.
  • Troubleshoot PC, printer and phone issues
  • Apply security updates and patches to computers
  • Assist with updating and maintaining asset management for user devices
  • Work directly with end users to troubleshoot issues and escalate to different IT functions

Job Requirements

Specialized Skills, Experience, Software and/or Equipment Used to Perform This Job:
  • Knowledge of Windows operating system
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience troubleshooting basic computer problems
  Program Qualifications:
  • Must be currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Information Technology at an accredited school. Must have completed at least 60 credit hours or Sophomore year of coursework prior to the start of the internship.
