Job Description

  • •         Conduct monthly payroll

    •         Maintain employee master database and HR system

    •         Benefits Administration:

    •         Monthly social benefits enrollment, change and termination

    •         Monthly commercial insurance database maintenance

    •         Be responsible for part of hiring

    •         Be responsible for employee onboard, termination, status change & internal transfer process administration, administrate employee personnel file

    •         Facilitate on employee probation review and contract renew process

    •         Support employee personal government related documents application / renewal (Hukou, Ju Zhu Zheng and etc.)

    •         Provide related HR reporting

    •         Others: Other project support or assignments by the management

Job Requirements

•         Bachelor degree

•         3+ years working experience in payroll management area in MNC environment, proven work knowledge of both general human resources and compensation & benefits matters

•         Knowledge of local labor laws and related statutory regulations

•         Strong sense of ownership and accountability, detailed oriented, quick learner and team player

•         Good communication in both English and Chinese

•         Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality

•         Being people-oriented, customer focus, confident and self-motivated
