Take lead of preparing and monitoring business plan / forecast
Work with accountants to ensure accurate monthly financial statement
Key role for enhancing reporting, processes, tools
Prepare, review and analyze daily, weekly, monthly performance reports
Support finance and business with routing & ad-hoc analytics, including root-cause analysis
Proactively identify and communicate risks & opportunities through variance, bridges, reconciliation
Assist to ensure internal controls are in place
Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years’ experience in manufacturing, 2+ year’s as analyst
Understanding of PRC &US GAAP, analytic tools and model
English CET6, good in written and spoken English
Highly skilled user with ERP, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and organizational skills
