Job Description

  • Generate timely and accurate financial and management reports on a consistent basis: weekly, monthly and quarterly
  • Prepare monthly analysis of cost of goods sold and operational expenses against prior year and budget, providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate the risks
  • Direct and coordinate financial budgeting and forecast  and budget management functions
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements
  • Ensures that the computer system continues to operate as required. Involved in validating/designing suggested changes to ensure requirements continue to be met
  • Monitoring and review formal internal control policies and procedures
  • Work with department Managers to determining financial impact due to product cost reductions, new product roll out, etc. and prepare periodic forecasts to update management on projected results
  • Perform safety & health management duty in accordance with company’s safety management regulations and policies

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Financial or related field.
  • Over 7 years of financial working experiences and with 3-4 years management experiences in multinational company.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Good command in English.
  • Well-known of Oracle system and financial software is prefer.
