As the Director Global Key Accounts, this person the primary point of contact for McDonald’s supporting all Multiplex approved equipment.  Key to the role is ensuring the customer's expectations are met and achieving assigned sales and profitability budgets. This individual serves as the product/brand expert on a global basis with responsibility for all internal and external communication and account management. Accountable for $25-50 M annual equipment/accessories sales, and additional exclusive OEM parts sales.

Reporting directly to the Vice President Global Accounts III, McDonald’s, this is a remote position.

Major Accountability:
  • Help establish and attain global sales budget for the product line
  • Development and execution of Strategic Business Plan.  Ensure client progress review on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
  • Reporting and Communication of current and historical Sales, Savings, Innovation and Reliability Data
  • New Product Development opportunities and New Product Launch Programs
Essential Job Functions:
  • Production and Sales forecasting as part of SIOP process for client models 
  • Creates Sales Training Tools and Promotional Programs and gains approvals to drive global sales
  • Collaborates with Engineering/QA/KitchenCare and develops continuous improvements that drive reliability and more sustainable products; coordinates and implements projects in the field quality
  • Gathers, analyzes and provides reports to McDonald’s Corporate regarding sales, savings, innovation and reliability data by country
  • Supports regional and global McDonald’s trade shows: establishing messaging, and interaction with Franchisees
  • Establishes communication and relationship maintenance with Global Channel Partners (KES's / Distributors)
  • Identifies and implements new product opportunities, interfacing closely internally with Product Management/Project Management/Culinary /KitchenCare on NPI process and lead launch process tasks externally with customer
  • Manages issue resolutions between Franchisees/Channel Partners / KitchenCare.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Culinary, Sales/Marketing, Engineering, Food Science and a minimum of 12 years of previous experience with Restaurant Chains, Large Account Management or will consider 20 years of previous experience with Restaurant Chains, Large Account Management, in lieu of education.
  • Previous Large Account Management experience within Foodservice Industry. 
  • Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adept with Microsoft Office, social media and other communication/presentation digital devices and software.
  • Must be able to travel internationally 75% of the time.
