Your future in Customer Service starts here at Welbilt, KitchenCare* facility.   As a Customer Service Representative – you will be responsible for the accurate and direct entry of orders; and will provide superior customer service support to all customers to include but not limited to end users, dealers, or distributors.   Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager; this position is located at Welbilt’s KitchenCare* facility in Jeffersonville IN.   • Entering, monitoring and tracking of customer purchase orders
  • Maintain order information filing
  • Process return requests, debits and credits
  • Assist customers with general order inquiries

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma; with a minimum of one year of experience in product or customer service is required.
  • Intermediate computer skills required.
  • Familiar and able to work with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to use multi-line telephone, computer, printer, copy machine
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Outgoing and engaging personality.
