  • Entering, monitoring, and tracking customer purchase orders
  • Process debit/credit memos through the software system
  • Maintain order information filing system
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Entering, monitoring, and tracking customer purchase orders
  • Maintain order information filing system
  • Process return requests, debits, and credits
  • Assist customers with general order inquiries
  • Operate multi-line telephone switchboard

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent as minimum
  • Manufacturing background preferred
  • Excellent communication skills- written and verbal
  • Accurate and detail-oriented
  • Ability to use multi-line telephone system, computer, printer, and other office equipment
  • Must be willing and able to work overtime as necessary
  • Normal office environment; must be able to sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required, by company policy, for the job being performed
  • Must be able to work with multiple departments throughout the organization including Operations, Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, and Materials
