Job Description

Key Tasks and Responsibilities                                                                                                                                                                                                       
1.Inventory control. Monitor and communicate with suppliers reschedule in/out/cancel for purchase orders to avoid any risk of excess inventory or material liabilities to suppliers. 
2.ERP improvement such as monitor and verify safety stock, lot size in order to optimize MRP. 
3.Performs planning and purchasing of coffee machine parts and materials, must have thorough knowledge of MRP and MPS processes and how it affects purchasing. 
4.Ensures that raw material components are ordered and delivered in a timely manner and must fully understand EOQ / MOQ’s 
5.Maintains appropriate inventory levels as set by materials management. Major Accountability –state core areas of job responsibility
1. Base on demand to release purchase order and make sure on time delivery
2. Follow up production plan to pull in/push out delivery schedule.
3.  Prepare the payment document
4. Finish other tasks assigned by Leader.

Job Requirements

Specialized Skills, Experience, Software and/or Equipment used to perform the job.  Include Certifications and licenses
1. Around 3 years working experience in purchasing / Material requirement planning
2. ERP system Knowledge and skills
3. Analysis and planning
4. MS Office proficiency (specially in excel)
