Essential Job Functions


•         Responsible for Service Coordination


•         Coordination with Customers, Dealers, Distributers, Generation of MIS


•         Provide information to customers/dealer in order to help them in their decisions for Company products and services


•         Handle all customer / Dealers/Distributers calls on timely basis


•         Assist Service team with Head office related queries


•         Ensure new product / process- information is communicated to appropriate personnel as required


•         MIS Reporting as required (Weekly, Monthly)

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Two years working experience in similar activity in service coordination
  • Persuasive and detail oriented with a good knowledge of Excel and Customer Service.
  • A qualification of Associate Degree or Equivalent
  • Candidate should be willing to Travel on need basis.
  • Good communication skills both written and oral in English and Hindi
