Your tasks:

  • Responsible processing of telephone and written customer requests

  • Friendly and competent customer service

  • Creation of offers

  • Complaint management and development of problem solutions

  • Entry and maintenance of data in the quotation tool

  • Interface to the manufacturing companies abroad (Spain, China, Sweden etc.)

  • Management of trial orders for coffee machines

  • Maintenance of the configurator and maintenance of the associated data

  • Cooperation with the purchasing department: stock building, etc.

  • Calculation of prices

Job Requirements

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant, industrial clerk or forwarding merchant or knowledge acquired through corresponding professional experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the back office and in customer service

  • Very good knowledge in Export is mandatory

  • Good technical understanding

  • Very good German and good English knowledge spoken and written, other languages e.g. Spanish would be an advantage

  • Customer-oriented thinking and corresponding commitment

  • Communication and telephone skills

  • IT skills (Windows, word processing, spreadsheet, PPS)

  • Ability to work independently and conceptually and to have good comprehension with a high sense of responsibility and an interest in taking responsibility quickly

  • Organizational skills

  • Customer-oriented thinking and appropriate readiness including the willingness to work overtime

  • Teamwork skills
