Job Description

Job Title: Application Chef
 Basic Purpose and Function: Under general supervision of the Manager of Culinary Center, assists in answering customer inquires and demonstrating all models of Manitowoc products, responsible for the trade shows or any other events.
Major Responsibility
1. Assisting sales whenever possible by assisting in answering customer inquiries, support key account equipment test.
2. Assisting the Manitowoc China Center of Culinary Excellence in demonstrating all models of products.
3. Responsible for the development of customers and projects throughout the region, such as at trade shows and on an individual basis.
4. Other projects as assigned by the Manager of Culinary Center.
Qualification:
 • Strong cooking skills.• Exposure and ability to work with Western cooking equipment.• Strong teaching skills and the ability to assist customers in understanding new products.• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.• Good communication skill, enable to work with sales team and support key account.• Minimum 2 years in similar capacity or Pastry chef experience (exposure to work with Western cooking equipment) position in Hotel or clubhouse etc.
