Essential Job Functions 


  • Responsible for the Culinary, Pre-&-Post Sales support for the cooking equipment’s with a focus on Ovens & Sales support and support of the Ovens business in India and South Asia.

  • Understanding client's cooking process and use our equipment to improve the client's cooking process & Recipes life cycle costs.

  • Culinary support to sales by carrying out Live Demos of Welbilt kitchen equipments to prospective Clients & Channel Partners.

  • To support local chains in developing food menu on our equipment inline with the customer business needs, SOPs etc.  

  • To maintain and develop a food library of Indian Menus using Welbilt equipments.

  • To participate in Exhibitions where Welbilt/Channel partners are participating & carry out live demos with our equipments. To understand competing products /brands & create product differentiation with FAB, to be used as a tool by the sales team.

  • Support our distributors/channel partners for both sales support and culinary activities

  • Develop Food Libraries Specific to Different Brands.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management.

  • Minimum Five years working experience in kitchens- Indian kitchen/multi cuisine/ bulk kitchen & deep knowledge of Bakery would be preferred. 

  • Very Good presentation & communication skills both written and oral in English and two major south Languages, knowing Hindi is added advantage.

  • Should have exposure to Western Commercial kitchen equipment

  • Should be willing to Travel extensively.

  • Good communication skills both written  and oral in English, and two major South Languages, Knowing Hindi is added advantage.
