Job Description


  • To responsible for overall office management affairs     


  • 1 To receive phone calls, express and greet visitors; 

  • 2 To issue invitation, book hotels, flight tickets and arrange cars for overseas visitors and support office staff's travelling needs; 

  • 3 To coordinate with office suppliers to arrange stationary, courier, name card, plant, coffee, etc.   

  • 4 To support for local staff and expatriates' needs including lunch, housing, etc.  

  • 5 To work with cleaners to maintain a neat and tidy office environment   

  • 6 Requisition / storage / issue of office supplies and equipment, ensure all working equipment like printers are working property.  

  • 7 To cross check and apply payments for office suppliers including company mobile, car expense, express. etc   

  • 8 Coordinate and arrange company's cars and make relevant records.   

  • 9 Prepare the attendance card /telephone and so on for the new comers.   

  • 10 Coordinate and arrange company actives like annual party etc.   

  • 11 Make the office attendance report and other related forms.   

  • 12 First aid supplies the procurement, maintenance, arrangement   

  • 13 Implement the related procedures according to the requirements of ISO9001&ISO14001   

  • 14 Other projects/tasks assigned by Manager.           

Job Requirements

  • 1 College or above ;   

  • 2 1-2 years relevant experience in Admin role;   

  • 3 Good team work spirit, interpersonal and communications skills;   

  • 4 Good multi-task skills and detail oriented;   

  • 5 Read, speaking, write with English          


  •  Proficient MS-office   skills
