  • Responsible for material planning including collecting and analysis sales forecast, supplier delivery status, existing inventory level, to make sure there is stable and reasonable material supply for manufacturing.  
  • Work on continuous improvement process of material planning such as better deployment of ERP, new regular review of forecast, supply delivery improving and etc.
  • Support NPI team to new project launch. (New BOM set up, new product manufacturing preparation etc)
  • Work with cross function team to improve inventory level
  • Develop and coaching planning team.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:-
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any relevant degree in Supply Chain or Planning preferred.
  • At least 5 – 8 years of significant experiences in a material planning role and managing and managing the smooth supply of materials in line with production requirements and budget.
  • Strong IT knowledge in Microsoft Office as well as ERP.
  • Proven people management skills set.
