Under general supervision, conducts daily treasury operations and transactions in an accurate and timely manner.  Performs a variety of administrative duties in the treasury field such as bank account management, analyzing cash flow, compliance with Treasury policy and SOX controls, monitors credit conditions and accounts payable and receivable.  Oversees corporate cash management, credit administration and compliance, and corporate hedging strategies.  Researches economic trends and investment opportunities to ensure optimal deployment of Company assets.

This position is based in New Port Richey, Florida*.

Major Accountability:

•        Responsible for management of credit facility, daily cash movement, Treasury policy, and SOX compliance. 

•        Drive Treasury requirements for all businesses to deliver the most cost effective, scalable, and secure banking services.

•        Prepares reporting for global hedging program, including forecasting, analysis, and presentation to committees.

•        Lead and drive process improvements throughout the team and the greater Treasury organization.



Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

•        Implement strong controls on cash, develop robust mechanisms for ensuring control adherence, and be a strong proponent for banking controls globally.

•        Drive Treasury requirements for all businesses to deliver the most cost effective, scalable, and secure banking services.

•        Ensure compliance with Treasury guidelines and policies including banking authority, cash management, and risk management.

•        Build and maintain reporting packages related to project status, banking partner performance, and KPI metrics that provide detailed visibility into projects.

•        Manages bank account openings/closing organizing documentation and coordinating with internal and external partners.

•        Develop strategic relationships with your business partners to help influence the right decisions.

•        Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
