This position, under minimal supervision, will participate in the completion of projects, tasks and operational support within Welbilt’s network environment which includes on-premise and cloud infrastructure. In this role, the individual will actively complete tasks and projects that align to enterprise goals, objectives, and center of excellence vision in terms of networking as well as network security. This role will have ownership of the Americas phone system and call center. The areas of responsibilities include network operations, alerting, reporting, monitoring, investigation, and response. This position will demonstrate creative thinking and decision-making characteristics throughout their daily interaction with others.
Reporting directly to the Manager of Information Systems, this position is based in New Port Richey, Florida.

Deploying, Managing, & Securing Welbilt America’s Cisco Phone System & Contact Center

Deploying, Managing, & Securing all network infrastructure at key data centers in Americas region

Deploying, Managing, & Securing Welbilt’s Global IT Network (MPLS, VPN)

Provide support for local site LAN infrastructure in Americas region
