This position, under minimal supervision, will participate in the completion of projects, tasks and operational support within Welbilt’s network environment which includes on-premise and cloud infrastructure.  In this role, the individual will actively complete tasks and projects that align to enterprise goals, objectives, and center of excellence vision in terms of networking as well as network security.  This role will have ownership of the Americas phone system and call center.  The areas of responsibilities include network operations, alerting, reporting, monitoring, investigation, and response.  This position will demonstrate creative thinking and decision-making characteristics throughout their daily interaction with others.     Reporting directly to the Manager of Information Systems, this position is based in New Port Richey, Florida.     We put the 'fast' in fast food and the refinement in fine dining.   • Deploying, Managing, & Securing Welbilt America’s Cisco Phone System & Contact Center
  • Deploying, Managing, & Securing all network infrastructure at key data centers in Americas region
  • Deploying, Managing, & Securing Welbilt’s Global IT Network (MPLS, VPN)
  • Provide support for local site LAN infrastructure in Americas region
  Essential Job Functions:  
  • Work as part of our Network & Telecom Center of Excellence team that is responsible for establishing network standards, influencing our network roadmap, and executing on key projects
  • Create, Implement, and Update Disaster Recovery Processes and Documentation
  • Create, Implement, and Manage Network/Phone System Reports and Dashboards
  • Provide Operational Support for Network/Phone System
  • Manage Upgrades and New Deployments to Network/Phone System
  • Provide Network Support to Digital IoT Cloud and Customer Environments


Job Requirements

Job Requirements:  
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology Security or Computer Science and a minimum of 8 years of IT Security experience required. Will consider 16 years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience with Cisco VOIP Technologies
  • Experience with Cisco Routers, Switches, Wireless, & Firewalls
  • Experience with Cisco WAAS
  • Experience with Deploying & Securing Network Infrastructure (On-Premise and Cloud)
  • Strong Documentation, Communication, Report Writing, and Presentation Skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within a Team
  • Network/VOIP Related Certifications & Education
  • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds
  • Willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time
