Job Responsibilities:-

  • Analyze market demands and trends, and propose strategies to support company’s goals.
  • Create Sales Plan according to company's Business Strategy and track the actual performance against previously set goals
  • Responsible to identify and secure new projects/clients to ensure that revenue targets are met
  • Coordinate with relevant Business Units both locally and regionally to propose price and solution in the new sales projects and ensure the targeted profits are achieved if the projects are awarded and fully implemented
  • Plan and organize sales activities to generate leads and convert leads into active projects
  • Develop good business relations with customers
  • Weekly reporting on all sales activities to monitor the success and effectiveness of activities
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to facilitate the explanation of our product range and their benefits to potential and existing clients

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:-

  • Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, preferably from foodservice equipment industry
  • Creative with strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Good command in written and spoken English
  • Ability to solve problems and make decision 
  • Must be a team player.
  • Proficient in MS-Office
