Welbilt/Cleveland Range Ltd. is now hiring a ROBOTIC PROGRAMMER SET-UP OPERATOR at its operation in Concord, Ontario.

  • Perform duties required to program MIG Welding and Polishing for Fanuc robotics cells.
  • Set-up the welding/ polishing operations for a variety of weldments and parts.
  • Familiar with robot troubleshooting.
  • Work from blueprints, work orders, written and verbal instructions.
  • Responsible for setting up, aligning, changing, adjusting robotic tooling and fixtures
  • Operate and perform production run on the robotic cells.
  • Change/ adjust belts, abrasive, contact, flapper wheel, tooling and welding consumables as required. 
  • Complete all required records, reports, and production documentation.
  • Observe all prescribed safety rules and follow company’s health and safety regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed.

Job Requirements

Min. two year college diploma in “Robotics and automation programs” or “Manufacturing Engineering Technology - Welding and Robotics” from college/ university.

Proficient in operating/ programming Fanuc robots is a must.

EXPERIENCE: Over 1 year, up to and including 3 years’ experience.
