  • Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
  • Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards 
  • Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed 
  • Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results working out the human and material resources needed 
  • Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus 
  • Liaise among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage develop plant staff 
  • Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime 
  • Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts 
  • To drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes. Oversee all daily operations of the assigned Department to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.


Job Requirements

Job Requirements
      • Bachelor degree or higher in Electrical, Machine, Industrial or related fields
      • Minimum 10 years of Production management experience, preferably from foodservice equipment industry
      • Ability to solve problems and make things happen
      • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
      • English is required, additional languages are a plus 
      • Possess excellent leadership and analytical skills
      • Good team player
