Job Responsibilities:-

  • Establish marketing goals, objectives, and strategies to drive market share and profitability within budget
  • Assist sales department to prepare quarterly forecasts for new and current product offerings
  • Provide sales and service support associated with the product lines to include organizing product seminar, arrange training and maintain O&M manuals
  • Conduct research and evaluate results. Conduct customer satisfaction survey and studies to determine market potential for new and existing
  • Participate in new product development. Provide market inputs and VOC in the NPI process including equipment applications, competitive analysis on pricing and competitor’s products
  • Collect, analyse and report market information including statistical market share data, competitive information, and market trends
  • Analyse product sales by region and market segment to identify areas of strength and weakness. Work with sales department to develop and implement strategies to maximize product penetration
  • Establish and manage company IPR and agency compliance in all countries for the product line
  • Perform safety & health management duty which include IT safety policy and related in accordance with company’s safety management regulations

Job Requirements

Jobs Requirements:-

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, engineering or business administration
  • Minimum 5 years experience in design, marketing or sales of foodservice equipment
  • Creative with strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Good command in written and spoken English
  • Strong knowledge in Excel, Power point and word software
  • Must be a team player
