Job Description

1.    Responsible for supporting Research & Development with Request for Quotation, searching, identification, assessment and selection of new suppliers within the new product development process (NPI).
2.    Responsible for supplier performance management and data analysis according to Group Supply Chain Management strategic management pipeline.
3.    Responsible for product cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
4.    Support marketing team goals by providing quotations, innovative solutions, attaining project timeline milestones
5.    Support operations' build plan for trial purchasing at the phase of field test and batch test.
6.    Build trusting relationships with suppliers to facilitate partnerships and knowledge sharing.
7.    Perform safety & health management duty(include IT safety duty) in accordance with company's safety management regulations and policies
 

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering management with good knowledge of mechanical or Electric field.
2. Good knowledge of project management tool, ability to plan, organize, implement multiple tasks.                                                3. Good communication skill.                                                                                                       
4. Skill of supplier program risk evaluation, supplier performance data analysis and negotiation skills.
5. At least 10 years working experience, with over 5 years sourcing experience in a foreign company.
6. Broad and in-depth knowledge of good manufacturing practices, industry standards, and commercial kitchen equipment.
