Position Summary -Explain in 3 – 5 sentences the general purpose of the job

Under basic supervision new part setup and interfaces between QAD, Oracle, SAP and PRMS.   Data updates and NPI interfaces resulting from updates in purchasing, grief or invoice holds.  Liaison role across all brands, factories and warehouse.

Major Accountabilitystate 3-4 core areas of job responsibility

  • New part setup, BOM setup and parts availability.
  • Ensure liaison role for new part setup researching and providing any documentation or purchasing information.
  • Data update for purchasing, grief and invoice holds through VIR updates into SAP for pricing.

  1. Liaison role providing engineering data, drawing and purchasing information.  Coordinating

part interfaces.

  1. Resolves Price Invoice Holds by ensuring PO pricing, invoice prices and supplier prices are the same.

  1. Assists on invoice holds in resolving grief tags that are assigned to supply chain for hot side of the business.

  1. Update records for price changes for all brands coordinating with Supply Chain, IM and pricing teams.

5%

6.     Call suppliers to get price updates and availability, as required.

        7.     Provide information for material section in new item setup sheets generated by WKC Customer Service.
