Job Description

Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of labor standards and manufacturing costs for new and existing products/processes.

Responsible for data collection, charting quality trends, conducting reliability assessments, conducting process capacity studies, statistical testing, and developing sampling programs

Responsible for the justification, acquisition and installation of factory or installation equipment.

Direct or advise projects in conjunction with other management resources (i.e. NPI, Foam, Refrigeration, advanced engineering multifunctional projects, defined special projects) related to manufacturing.

Lead the start and implementation of major process designs, line design, product changes, methods, tools and accessories (capital tool design) that ensure product quality, employee safety and increased productivity, and is responsible for guiding and implementing a new Quality and Opex system

Responsible forthe  creation, updating, preservation and arrangement of documented information within the organization.

 Implementation and feedback of engineering changes to the applicable area.

Job Requirements

* Career - Engineering

* 3-6 years

* Strong written and verbal communications, ability to interact with all levels of the company in support of work functions, ability to manage multiple tasks with the ability to plan and execute plans, high degree of mechanical and technological aptitude, ability to design and provide definition of drawings schemes, ability to use various measuring instruments, including, but not limited to, , micrometers, gauge, connection meters, tape measure, etc. Outlook programs and Auto-Cad software
