If you have a “passion for people,” then you could be our next Human Resource Representative with Frymaster, a division of Welbilt, Inc.   As Human Resource Representative - you will provide guidance and assistance to employees and perform varied administrative, reporting, and auditing functions within the HR Department. Areas of involvement include, but are not limited to, company policy/protocol guidance, general employee relations, recruiting, and communications,   Reporting directly to the Human Resources Business Partner, this position will be located in Shreveport, Louisiana.   We put the 'fast' in fast food and the refinement in fine dining.   • Will be responsible for building positive relationships with our team members.
  • Effectively manage employee issues within established protocols including career pathing, conflict resolution, counseling, policy interpretation, and exit interviews. 
  • Manage and guide the recruitment function for all hourly positions including, interviews, tests, and select employees to fill vacant positions  
Essential Job Functions:
  • Act as resource to leadership team, managers and directors. Assist and advise in areas of hourly compensation, recruiting, promotion, etc. 
  • Provide training and guidance to Management as it relates to our hourly workforce. 
  • Work in Taleo and HR Fusion as well as other software to maintain records of personnel transactions such as hire, promotions, transfers, reviews and terminations and employee statistical reporting to gov't regulators
  • Act as resource to leadership team, managers and directors. Assist and advise in areas of compensation, recruiting, promotion, etc.., related to the hour work force. 
  • Maintain manpower listing, post and award job bids.
  • Responsible for new employee orientation


Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree; preferably in Human Resources or related business degree; with a minimum of five years of HR experience is required.
  • Ability to function in a fast paced work environment with a high sense of urgency. 
  • Competency in utilizing software packages such as Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Strong problem resolution skills.
  • HRIS system (Fusion or Oracle) knowledge and experience is preferred.  
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships in support of team member growth and success.
