This position is based in India, Kolkata.

Essential Job Functions

1.               Responsible for Sales Welbilt Products in the specified territories primarily in the QSR, Restaurant and Institutional segments for the Local Chains.

2.               Develop business, New Client acquisition, Cold Calling, Sales Follow-up, expand market shares and sell Welbilt Products to customers

3.                Assist dealer's for promoting Welbilt products.

4.               Manage distribution / sales channels and achieve desired sales thru multiple channels: Distributors/Dealers/direct, depending on the needs of the customers and overall business strategy.

5.               Build good working relationship with all Local - key accounts so that Welbilt Products/Equipment become their preferred equipment for their current and new store expansion.

6.               Partner with Business development/culinary to arrange product demos at our Kitchen/Clients' kitchen and road shows in important locations.


Job Requirements

•         Minimum Graduate from a Good Reputed Institute.

•         Talented, hardworking sales individual with MIN 5 years’ hard core sales experience in Professional Kitchen equipment / relevant capital equipment in the B2B space.

•         Sound commercial acumen and English written/oral and presentation skills.

•         Willing to travel within India and its surrounding territories.

•         Experienced in sales to channels /dealers    

•         Should be able to do consultative selling and understand the cooking process across various segments-QSR, Restaurants and Institutional.

•         Good communication skills both written  and oral in English, Hindi & Bengali.
