Job Responsibilities
- Review each tender requirement, bills of Quantities (BOQ), scope of works
and collaborate with relevant teams and suppliers to gather necessary input for
cost estimation.
- Negotiate quotation and sale contract with suppliers to optimize the pricing
so as to ensure cost estimation meets the clients’ requirement.
- Study and continuously looking into opportunity to enhance profit margin by
value engineering (VE) or by evaluating an alternative model.
- Assist Sales, Project & Service team with speedy and accurate price
estimation for tender awarded locally & around the region.
- Update and maintain a comprehensive pricelist and catalogue from suppliers
for easy and quick access to keep in line with swift and ever-changing business
environment.
- Study and evaluate tender specification (documents & drawing) for
customised stainless steel fabrication as well as imported kitchen equipment.
