Essential Job Functions

* To provide basic culinary support to sales by carrying out Live Demos of Welbilt kitchen equipment to prospective clients.

* To support local chains in developing food menu on our equipment inline with the customer business needs QSR/CAFES.

* To participate in Exhibitions where Welbilt/Channel partners participating & carry out live demos with our Equipment. to understand competing products /brands & create product Differentiation

* Conduct Live demos at our demo kitchen exhibition stalls & road shows

* Develop Food Menu Items skills for live demos & supporting chains.

* Liase with our distributors/channel partners for both sales and culinary issues and provide appropriate culinary solutions.

* Develop Food Libraries Specific to Different Brands.

Job Requirements

•         Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, from Hotel Management/Culinary background

•         Minimum Four-Seven years working experience in various  Indian kitchen, Bulk kitchen, Good knowledge of Ingredients/Inventory/ordering spices, vegetable. Worked in multi cuisine would be preferred.

•         Candidate should be willing to Travel on extensively.

•         Strong Culinary Skills, Good Presentation Skill,

•         Good communication skills both written  and oral in English, and two major South Languages, Knowing Hindi is added advantage.
