  • Menu development and equipment platform demonstrations
  • Manage showroom and test kitchen and be able to 'show and tell' on company's product/ equipment portfolio. 
  • Train stakeholders on company's product features, benefits, application and operations
  • Design and conduct training programs for dealers as required
  • Support sales network with end user demonstrations and after-sale end user product and application support.
  • Monitor developments in the industry and changes in food trends and adapt to Welbilt’s products and training sessions as required.
  • Participate in training and development courses to enhance skills and value-added.
  • Requisitioning of foodstuffs and materials, including Rotation and allocation of foodstuffs.
  • Product testing - both food and equipment as required for internal, external and chain customers, including the execution and documenting of comparative testing.
  • Represent Welbilt at industry functions and contribute equipment application expertise in industry forums as the PR ambassador for Welbilt brands.
  • Take all steps to ensure the maximum security of your area of assignment and all equipment and supplies contained therein
  • Attain and subsequently maintain a high standard of hygiene

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of related industry experience
  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently through strong organizational skills, but function as a team member.
