Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in providing culinary support and demostration of Welbilt and 3rd party brand of equipment in supporting the 3 business unit (Project / QSR / Service) to close sales.  This includes coordinating with the Welbilt Chef / owners to utilise the demo kitchen and the Beng Wan Kitchen, respectively.
  • Responsible to provide equipment training to exisitng and new customers during pre-sales and project hand-over period for both Welbilt and 3rd party brand of equipment.
  • Responsible to work with existing and new customer on R&D / menu development (upon requested) to ensure that the  Welbilt / 3rd party brand of equipment is able to perform to the culinary requirement.
  • Responsible to created product awareness for Welbilt and 3rd party brand of equipment by doing cold call to existing and potential new customers.
  • Responsible to take up unit sales activity of both Welbilt and 3rd Party brand of equipment.
  • Provide testing and commissioning of completed kitchen projects prior to hand over to customers
  • Provide on site demonstration and equipment operation training of key foodservice equipment for respective clients
  • Organise culinary training for commercial personnel on key features, benefits and applications for specific product
  • Sales activity:  Cold calling to promote product awareness and closing of unit sales

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 2 ~ 3 years of culinary backgroun with experience working in kitchens and understand key ktichen equipmentt; Strong teamwork ability, motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills
  • Keen to take on additonal portfolio by taking on doing unit sales
  • Possess High School or equivalent qualification
